7. Make Exercise Part of Daily Living

There are parts of our lives that we all know are needful and good for us. We know we need sleep and healthy foods. We also need exercise.

If you treat your need for exercise, and your children’s need for exercise, as a need to be healthy, that is what it will be. It won’t be something that you have to think about because it is just understood that it is necessary.

It is a difficult task to get your family to be active but it can be done. Is your family an active family? How have you accomplished that?
