7. Mix Veggies into Other Foods

If you have a very picky eater, your best bet and way to get kids to eat healthy is to mix veggies into their food. Use a blender to blend up fresh vegetables very fine, and then mix them into some other foods. You can try these combinations, or make up some of your own. Try mixing carrots in mac and cheese, broccoli in pasta, and peas in rice.
