3. Get Some Exercise

I know how hard it is to get back to shape, especially after giving birth. So Iโ€™m not going to tell you to get back in shape. Thatโ€™s too unfair and truth be told, that was the last thing on my mind when I gave birth. Instead, Iโ€™m going to recommend that you get some exercise. Bike, run, or walk. Just do something thatโ€™s going to help you sweat it out. Believe me. You will feel a lot better when you sweat things out.
