If you're looking for a healthy activity to do with your daughter, consider exercising together.

I know that there are many exercise programs that are not right for children, but there are tons of fun activities that you can do to get active.

Perhaps you could jump rope or dance to your favorite music.

When the weather is nice, head outdoors and go for a walk or a bike ride together.

I have a friend who does Zumba and she takes her daughter with her.
