Slip-on shoes also typically have a little bit more room to stretch if you are dealing with swelling in your feet.
2. Help around the House
If you can get help around the house, do so. Take up any offers that you receive from friends and family to help. This time will not last and people will not always be so willing to help. Allow them to do so while they have that desire. It makes things easier for you and allows you more time to rest.

Kegel exercises can help you to have less pressure on the bladder. They are easy to do and can be done anywhere. Of course you should always check with your doctor before you do any kind of exercise, including Kegel exercises. You know, painting your toenails in that third trimester is not easy. If you can, why not splurge for a pedicure? It will save you the trouble and make you feel so much better. Pedicures are a treat anytime. You have perfectly painted toes and your feet and legs feel wonderful afterward.

Prenatal massages are a wonderful luxury. Treat yourself to one if you can. They make you feel so relaxed and just altogether lovely. After baby comes, it will not be so easy to slip away to the spa.
