If you're looking for activities to do with your daughter, perhaps you could start with a sewing project. My daughter has recently discovered that she really likes to sew. Together we have made several pillows for her dolls. We plan to make some pillows for her bed, as well. If making a pillow doesn't sound like something you could enjoy together, consider making something like purses or blankets.

I know that there are many exercise programs that are not right for children, but there are tons of fun activities that you can do to get active. I have a friend who does Zumba and she takes her daughter with her.
