Show me a kid who doesn’t like pizza? Okay, I take that back. I’m sure there are a few kids that don’t care much for pizza. But these mini pizza make a great after school snack. Use English muffins, flour tortillas, or bagels for the crust. Layer on the desired toppings and heat up at 400* in the oven or toaster oven for about 5 minutes.

2. Home Made Popcorn

Gone are the days of needing to stand over the stove with a large pot moving and shaking to make home made popcorn. Place a ΒΌ of popcorn kernels into a small brown paper bag and fold the top down a couple of times.
