3. Don’t Be Too Hard on Yourself

You’re a new mom, surviving on minimal sleep, hurried meals and two-minute showers. Don’t be too hard on yourself if you don’t manage to take the time out to exercise. It’ll take a while for a routine to set in and once both you and your baby are comfortable, you can get into a regular workout regime. Don’t beat yourself up over it. Oh, and definitely don’t agonize over that donut you had for breakfast. You’re allowed a little sugary treat you know. Being a mom is hard work!
