4. Tidy up before Bed

If you’re not too exhausted, tidying up before bed can really help. It’s amazing how much you can get cleaned in 10 minutes. You can use this time to put away toys, load or unload the dishwasher, or fold a load of laundry. If you do this, be sure to stop after 10 or 15 minutes. If not you many not get the amount of sleep that you need.
