7. Painted Rock Mosaics

Finger painting can be great for unleashing your kidsโ€™ and toddlersโ€™ creative skills, but an even better educational activity is crafting rock mosaics. Have the children paint small pebbles in bright green for grass, blue for skies and oceans, crimson for bricks, and so on.

Use any other colors you can think of to help them boost their organizing, artistic and puzzle solving skills, gluing each colorful rock into place to build some marvelous mosaics.

Use your creativity to come up with new, exciting educational activities that any kid โ€“ and even you too โ€“ would enjoy. I, for one, would love to try out all of the above (and I don't even have children). What other fun games for kids' development have you come up with that you'd like to share with the AWS moms?
