Right now, nearly 1 in 3 children are overweight or obese, and children with weight issues are much more likely to have health issues as adults, some of which are terribly serious and debilitating. Teach your child healthy eating habits, like proper serving sizes and how to use the food pyramid, and they’ll take these habits into their adult lives.
