4. Don’t Compare Yourself with Anyone else

The day you stop comparing your post-baby body with other moms, you’ll find you’re much happier with how you look. You’re not being fair to yourself you know, when you compare your body with a friend’s or a cousin’s or even Jessica Alba. Everyone is different when it comes to weight loss and just because someone else managed to lose the baby weight at 6 months and you didn’t doesn’t mean you’re doing something wrong. As long as you and your little munchkin are a happy pair, you’re doing everything right!
