Just curious, How many parents feel school uniforms save money?
I’m 13, but have done research on uniforms and uniformed schools. Now with all that research plus having a personal preference, as in an actual person preference, apparently the school is good, teaches one what they are supposed to know at their grade or higher (the person I know that goes there [we're sort of friends, kind of, well can be at times] has had gone on to more advanced classes for her age), and the uniforms are supposed to be cute an comfy. But I don’t want my parents to have to pay $$$ just for clothes. I mean I suppose it depends on where one is and if the school has embroidered clothing (which I heard was as expensive as heck!) or if it’s one where you have to buy similar clothing from whatever store sells them, but I just wanna know what your personal preference to this subject is, thanks and have a great day!
Big Jebb, I think you lack the choice to look at the bright sign of this clothing. Plus a lot of people actually like uniforms in the U.S. It also seems like you have had issues with uniforms as you are implying that they are worth nothing and are for poorer countries without good governments. You know uniforms CAN be good as long as they are used with in not only good reason, but in good hands. That and uniforms are not just used with in the military, but most good jobs nowadays include uniforms such as doctors, nurses, anybody that works in an office, grocers/store workers, airplane workers, even race car drivers and sportsmen. So seriously, you should at least take a glance at the positives of uniforms, because you might see that there is actually quite a lot of good things about them.
